Triple Net Ventures LLC employs a disciplined, performance-driven, value-oriented investment strategy.  Central to the excecution of this directive is the acquisition of underperforming and improperly capitalized assets often characterized as high-touch and management intensive.  Investing in temporarily disadvantaged property affords us the ability to acquire them at attractive valuation ratios, release encumberances, and harvest embedded value.  

With a focus on consumer-driven assets, our objectives are accomplished through various asset repositioning strategies which include the following:

Triple Net has developed non-competitive and proprietary deal flow in addition to widely marketed public auction bid opportunities.  These pre-emptive, unrecognized or off-market opportunities are privately negotiated transactions in less competive situations where Triple Net holds a strategic, relationship-oriented advantage.  By proactively engageing and partnering with a broad network of principals and intermediaries, we are able to uncover a variety of opportunities before they are widely marketed, resulting in more favorable investment pricing.  

Our Commitment

Triple Net Ventures LLC is committed to continuously evaluating exit alternatives to offer absolute flexibility in order to facilitate a timely disposition and minimize financial risk.  We remain mindful of the importance of multiple exit strategies directed toward operational or capital-driven buyers with lower costs of capital. 

Investment holding periods are typically 36 to 60 months however we will consider longer term holding periods for opportunities that fit our overal investment portfolio and strategy.
